Shipping Policy:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $90 within the United States. For orders under $90, a flat shipping rate of $5.95 will apply. We use USPS, FedEx, Canpar, UPS for all of our shipping, and orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package in real-time. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Return Policy:
We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs, and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.
Damaged or Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to either replace the product or provide a full refund. Please note that we may require photo evidence of the damaged or defective product in order to process your request.
